Advertisements or infomercials which promise the customers that they can obtain flat abs in 2 weeks are not true. There statements are completely false and dishonorable. Because, for every single person it would take different amount of time to acquire a great looking belly.

For example, if a person is 40 pounds overweight, it wouldn’t be possible for that person to get a flat abs in just 2 weeks. It wouldn’t be achieved, since there is so much of weight to lose. One should avoid declining for such empty promises and should set themselves proper time frames.

One should not set for quick fixes; you should focus on the larger picture. The approaches to get that flat abs are to burn belly fat and toughen your abs and go on with it as a routine.

The method to get a flat abs has 3 pillars:

1. The proper kind of nutrition which includes fresh food, low fat food, high on vitamins and anti-oxidants and lean protein.

2. The correct kind of cardio - serious, firm, attentive on fat burning and not considering the time span you do it for.

3. Strength training - building muscle by doing full body workouts to burn off the calories and fat.
